The Definition in Creating Green Offices
During the early part of the 20’s century, the mission of the war effort brought everyone together; the office was wherever the action was. But lack of privacy, poor equipment, and slow communication made life to.org/"; difficult. The prosperity of the 50’s and 60’s gave corporation new courage to build facilities and experiment with different styles of working and communicating.
The ingenuity of the 70’s and 80’s offered much new storage, lighting and seating variations. Open office styles and landscapes promised better connections with management and more efficient use of shared equipment. In the 90’s and in the future, distance learning, PDAs, cell phones, and e-mail link us in ways that offer access to part-timer worker and a more satisfying work environment. Due to the global warming issue, the green concept added more in the office value which refers to the health impact of what we do on office living. The office workplace now is a time as well as a space……
